By concealing the reinforcement structure common to plastic bulk pallet containers, the Gemini's smooth wall and base provides an 80% reduction in surface area. That's 80% less area to clean or sanitize.

The Gemini container features proprietary TwinWall and ArcaBase technology (patents applied for) that provides a superior sidewall and base stiffness. This technology yields an optimum weight to strength ratio and unrivalled performance at a 2500-lb loading capacity, making the Gemini a strong, heavy-duty container fit to handle the toughest of material handling needs.

Available in a 48-by 40-inch footprint and 39-inch height, the Gemini container is manufactured in various colors and options designed to meet user requirements. Choices include identification plaques and access door configurations on its four sides. Four-way fork entry allows easy pallet truck and forklift handling, eliminating the need for a separate pallet. If necessary, the Gemini container can be very easily repaired or retrofitted to different configurations. All parts of the container are fully replaceable and are offered separately as spare parts.

Forkstrap Technology

The Gemini container offers a unique 2-part, fully replaceable forkstrap system that is interchangeable and can be replaced independently. This system significantly reduces maintenance costs and avoids the need for replacing the entire base when damaged by pallet trucks or forklifts.

Efficient Return Ratio

The Gemini container can be easily erected or collapsed and offers an approximate return ratio of 3:1 for cost effective return shipping and efficient use of warehouse space. Collapsed or upright, Gemini containers safely interlock, ensuring a safe, self-supporting stack in storage or transportation.
