The BARR Brine Maker
While everyone else is out enjoying the sunshine we are preparing for another winter. BARR has been manufacturing brine making systems for over 5 years and we are preparing to roll out our 2007 model which is a gradual evolustion of steady improvements. Our standard brine system - the SBS - 1050 combines a 1050 USG Cone Bottom Brine Making tank with a 2500 USG batch tank. Together, with the correct water supply (1-2" Service w/ 55 gallons per minute flow rate) our SBS - 1050 system will produce 3300 gallons per hour (15,000 litres) of salt brine solution for your road maintenance requirements.
Our Brine Making System includes durable, simple features such as a protected heavy duty sealed on/off switch and a heavy duty S.S., 100 GPM Pump mount both shown at left. The SBS-1050 Brine Maker is equipped with a large top hopper opening that can be sized to fit your loader bucket, with high visibility tape on the rim to make it easier for the operator to get the salt in the Brine Maker instead of everywhere else. We have incorporated the lessons we have learned from many years listening to what our customers have had to say and we think we have a winner!
