Conveyable Base

The ShipSafe base features runners in appropriate positions for conveying. The concave base allows uniform load distribution without bottom distortion.

Foldable Side Walls

The ShipSafe side walls fold on the long side and swing into place on the short side. This provides maximum wall strength when vertical and gives a return ratio of 4:1.

Large Label Area

The ShipSafe side walls provide large label areas for quick identification of brand, work group and/or contents.

Interlocking lid

The top rim was designed in coordination with an interlocking lid that can be secured. Lids may be stacked interleaved or separately for empty shipment.

Ergononmic Lifting Points

The ergonomic lifting points on the rim make it easy to handle the ShipSafe manually.

Stackability

The ShipSafe can be stacked with or without lid. Positive interlock ensures safe stacks of erected or folded totes in storage or in transport.

Tamper Evident Device

The lid design allowes for a single tamper evident device in either direction. The tamper evident seal is easily snapped into place.

Side Wall Vents

In order to meet fire codes and to accommodate water flow, the sprinkler vents on the ShipSafe are uniquely designed for water movement in and out of the tote.The area around the vents is shaped to keep the contents from hindering water movement and is reinforced to add stack strength.
